Game không có tài khoản riêng, nên không có "tài khoản" nào để xoá. Bạn tự xoá dữ liệu như sau:

  1. Trên máy: trong game vào Cài đặt → Xoá dữ liệu (xoá tiến trình, giữ cài đặt và quyền lợi đã mua), hoặc gỡ ứng dụng để xoá toàn bộ.
  2. Bản lưu đám mây: mở ứng dụng/cài đặt Google Play Games → xoá dữ liệu của Vườn Nước (hoặc xoá hồ sơ Play Games).
  3. Quảng cáo: cài đặt điện thoại → Google → Quảng cáo → Xoá mã nhận dạng quảng cáo.
  4. Thống kê / báo lỗi (Firebase): gửi email tới mati.game.vn@gmail.com, tiêu đề "Aqua Haven - Xoá dữ liệu". Chúng tôi phản hồi trong 30 ngày. Dữ liệu này cũng tự xoá theo thời hạn trong Chính sách bảo mật.

The game has no accounts, so there is no account to delete. You can delete your data as follows:

  1. On your device: in the game open Settings → Delete data (erases progress, keeps settings and purchases), or uninstall the app to erase everything.
  2. Cloud save: open Google Play Games settings and delete Aqua Haven's data (or your Play Games profile).
  3. Ads: phone Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID.
  4. Statistics / crash data (Firebase): email mati.game.vn@gmail.com with the subject "Aqua Haven - Delete data". We reply within 30 days. This data is also deleted automatically per the Privacy Policy.
